Fiction Proposal Guidelines
1. Manuscript
Only provide the complete and fully edited manuscript for your book upon request and on an exclusive basis. We honor exclusivity with a quick and agreed-upon response time.
2. Plot Summary
The summary should read like a blurb. It should draw your readers in and make them want to read your book, without giving away the entire plot or ending.
3. Author Biography
Provide your credentials, including awards or recognitions for creative writing and a list of your previously published works. You can also include where you live and the links to your website and social media platforms.
4. Promotion
What are you willing to do to help market your book? Explain how you can utilize social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, your website, Tumblr, etc.) and your contacts to help sell your book. List previous and future plans for media appearances and book signings, including online and print articles, radio, and television.
